Your Brilliance – Proven!

An easy-to-follow way to collect real evidence of your strengths, achievements, and the value you bring.

The Problem

Most brilliant people I know have one thing in common.

They forget how brilliant they are.

You might know you’re capable. You might even help other people see their strengths.

But when it comes to yourself?

Doubt appears.
You question whether you’re good enough.
You forget the impact you’ve already made.

And when that happens, it becomes harder to put yourself forward, try something new, share your ideas, and create the things you’re capable of creating.

If recognising your own strengths doesn’t always come easily — whether that’s because of busy brains, memory gaps, or simply being used to focusing on helping others — this exercise helps you gather real examples you can return to anytime.

Look at the evidence of what you’ve already done — it tells a far more powerful story than your doubts ever will

But we know…

You have skills, knowledge and experience.  We will explore those and save the evidence to refer to later.

Remind yourself of things you’ve achieved, problems you’ve solved, ways you’ve helped people, and moments where you showed up.

Not fluffy positivity, an exercise in reminding yourself of all the things you have achieved.

Actual proof.

“It’s not who you are that holds you back, it’s who you think you’re not.”

Introducing

Your Brilliance – Proven!

Guided exercises that help you gather real examples of your strengths and achievements so you can clearly see the value you bring.

It is time to create your own personal evidence file of brilliance.

Something you can return to whenever doubt appears.

Confidence often grows from evidence.

When you can see the proof of what you’ve already done, it becomes much easier to believe in what you can do next.

Perfect For People Who

  • sometimes underestimate themselves
  • want a confidence boost before sharing their work
  • are starting something new
  • want a clear reminder of the value they bring

You don’t need to become more awesome.

You already are!

Sometimes you just need space to recognise it.

When did you last notice everything you’ve already achieved?

This gentle workshop helps you reflect on your strengths, recognise your resilience, and build a personal collection of evidence that you can return to when doubt creeps in.

A reminder that your doubt does not tell the whole story.

What happens in Your Brilliance – Proven

It is self-study.  Do it at your own pace, anytime you like.

You will receive a workbook and a series of videos to help you remember how brilliant you are, recognise and celebrate your achievements and create an evidence bank you can return to whenever self-doubt creeps in.

By the end of the workshop, you will have a reminder of something we so easily forget:

You have already done hard things.
You have already shown resilience.
You are already far more capable than you give yourself credit for.
