Do you have a to do list with many things on it?
Do you find that life gets in the way and you don’t always get round to the important stuff?  I’ve  got a little something for ya.

Let’s sit together, hold each other accountable and get stuff done.

How does that work? 

I choose a time when I will be working at my desk and invite you to join me. We have a zoom link and we can hang out together.

We don’t help each other or talk about what we are doing we simply sit at the same (virtual) space and do our own thing. Some people call it body doubling.

We will come together at the beginning of the of our time together and state our intention for the session and at the end to share how we got on.

Sounds good.  What do I do?

This is free to join, I need the accountibility and if you do too we can help each other.  You book with the link and I send you the meeting details.  You turn up on  Zoom at the alocated time.  Remember to have an “important” task planned to bring to the session.

Sessions are normally held on a Wednesday at 7:30 am to 8:30 am
